Gobostock Contributor Terms

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Contributor Terms are part of the Gobostock Terms of Use. By submitting an asset for review, you confirm that you have read and accepted the version shown at submission. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

If you submit for a company or another rights holder, you confirm that you have authority to bind that party. Gobostock may require identity, tax, address, or payout verification before accepting submissions or releasing earnings.

2. Ownership and license to Gobostock

These terms do not transfer copyright you do not have. US copyright in fully AI-generated visual output often does not exist. You still grant Gobostock the contractual marketplace usage grant below so buyers can receive a Content License even when copyright is thin or absent.

Fully AI (no meaningful human visual authorship). You may have no US copyright in the pixels. You are not transferring a copyright you do not have. You grant Gobostock a contractual right to host, sell usage rights, and sublicense the file and, when available, the Generation Recipe.

Human-authored contribution. If you made a substantial visual edit, used your own photograph or artwork as input, or created an original arrangement that may be protected, you keep whatever copyright exists in your contribution and license that contribution to Gobostock on the same operational terms.

In every case you grant Gobostock a non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable, transferable (to affiliates and successors) marketplace usage grant to operate the paid publication channel described in Section 5. The grant covers accepted assets and the metadata, captions, titles, tags, and related materials you supply with them. The grant covers copyright if any exists, and contract rights if none exists.

Under this license, Gobostock may reproduce, copy, inspect, process, resize, watermark, encode, package, publicly display, market, distribute, license, and sublicense accepted assets to customers; include Commercial assets in paid products; and create technical derivatives needed for review, discovery, delivery, and protection. Gobostock may use watermarked previews and reasonable excerpts to market the marketplace, but this does not authorize distribution of a Commercial file as a free standalone asset.

For generated assets, the materials licensed to buyers include the downloadable media file (the "Licensed File") and, when available, the prompt, model, and recorded settings shown at purchase (the "Generation Recipe"). Gobostock excludes storage keys, source URLs, private references, job identifiers, cloned-voice recordings, transcripts, reusable voice identifiers, and biometric inputs.

End-user licenses Gobostock grants to buyers remain subject to the Gobostock Content License (or other buyer terms stated at purchase), including the AI-training and third-party model restrictions in that license. Your grant to Gobostock is broader than any single buyer license and is intended to let Gobostock operate and evolve the marketplace and related products.

The license continues while an asset is listed. After delisting or termination, Gobostock may continue (a) licenses and paid products already granted to end users, (b) delivery and support needed for those existing licenses, and (c) retention needed for financial records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and secure backups. Gobostock will stop offering new standalone downloads after delisting is processed.

3. Submission and review rules

For every asset, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the asset or control all rights needed to submit it, or you grant the contractual usage rights described in Section 2 even if US copyright in AI output is unavailable.
• The file, title, caption, category, tags, location, capture information, and authorship attestation are accurate.
• You have valid model and property releases whenever commercial use requires them.
• For audio, you control commercial distribution rights in the finished result and accurately declare whether a voice is synthetic/preset, your own consented voice, or an authorized third-party voice.
• An authorized third-party cloned voice has a valid release that Gobostock can verify; self-voice submissions retain the recorded self-consent.
• The exact provider and model version is eligible for resale under Gobostock's current provider registry.
• You have not granted, and will not grant, anyone the right to use the asset to train, fine-tune, or develop AI models in a way that conflicts with the Content License or the generating model's provider terms.
• The asset does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other third-party rights.
• The asset does not contain illegal, exploitative, deceptive, hateful, or otherwise prohibited material.
• You have not uploaded malware, hidden payloads, corrupted files, or content intended to bypass review.

At every Commercial publish you must complete a required authorship attestation: fully AI; AI plus your edits; or includes your own photo, art, or other input that you own or have a release for. Prompt-only direction is not enough to establish copyright. You must disclose generative AI and material synthetic edits. Gobostock may inspect metadata, create technical derivatives, use automated review, request supporting files, and reject, pause, or delist any asset. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, placement, sales, or income.

4. Editorial submission standards

Editorial classification is limited to authentic, uploaded still photographs documenting a newsworthy, cultural, or public-interest subject. Generative AI images, generated additions, deceptive compositing, and edits that change the factual meaning are not eligible.

• Provide a factual caption that identifies what is shown without speculation.
• Provide the actual capture date and sufficiently accurate location.
• Do not remove or add people, objects, signs, logos, or material scene details.
• Disclose permissible tonal, crop, dust-removal, or privacy edits when requested.
• Preserve the original file and metadata so Gobostock can verify authenticity.

Gobostock may require enhanced identity verification or proof that you captured the image. An editorial review does not guarantee that every buyer use is lawful; buyers remain bound by the Editorial License.

5. Publishing, pricing, and Creator Share

Contributor submissions are accepted only for paid Commercial licensing, or paid Editorial licensing where the applicable submission workflow expressly allows it. Gobostock does not provide contributors with a free-listing submission channel.

Accepted contributor assets may be marketed through watermarked previews and offered in eligible paid products. These terms do not authorize distribution of a contributor's Licensed File as a free standalone stock download.

Gobostock alone sets and may change cash prices, credit prices, price tiers, product formats, bundles, packages, subscriptions, and catalogs for Commercial assets. Buyers may pay with cash or credits where offered. The applicable price, credit value, license or product type, creator-share rate, and policy version are recorded when each purchase or product sale is completed.

Creator share for a paid bundle, package, subscription, or catalog may be lower than the standard RateCard rates above, including a percentage of attributable Net License Revenue. Commercial assets are not placed into a zero-price product through this clause. The purchase or product record controls.

Gobostock may display watermarked previews and reasonable excerpts to market an accepted asset and the marketplace without a separate Creator Share payment. This preview permission does not permit distribution of the Commercial file as a free standalone download.

"Net License Revenue" means license revenue Gobostock actually receives after indirect tax, actual payment-processing fees, refunds, and chargebacks. It does not deduct Gobostock's ordinary staffing, hosting, marketing, or review expenses. For packages, subscriptions, or other multi-asset products, attributable Net License Revenue is the amount Gobostock allocates to that asset under its then-current allocation policy.

A promotional Creator Share applies only when your dashboard identifies you as eligible and displays the promotion end date. The purchase or product record controls if marketing copy and account information conflict. Changing a future rate does not recalculate a completed purchase. Creator Share is product language for the recorded split of Net License Revenue. These terms do not classify the IRS character of that payment.

6. Visibility, search, and ranking

Approval makes an asset eligible for its applicable collection; it does not guarantee a search position, homepage placement, impressions, downloads, sales, or income. Gobostock may rank and curate assets using relevance, metadata and technical quality, freshness, customer engagement, category diversity, safety, and commercial suitability.

Gobostock does not promise that every approved asset will appear on every browse, search, contributor, collection, recommendation, or topic surface. Ranking and placement may change as the catalog, customer demand, safety review, and product experience change.

7. Earnings, holds, and payouts

Cash-sale and member-checkout creator earnings are recorded in USD. When a signed-in member licenses an asset with account credits, Gobostock records your Creator Share at the stored USD value of those credits and adds it to the same dollar ledger as card sales. New eligible earnings remain pending for 14 days to cover refunds, payment reversals, fraud review, and other marketplace risk before becoming available for payout. Gobostock may pause or reject a cash-out if your connected account is incomplete or if platform funds are insufficient to complete the transfer. Studio generation credits are a separate product wallet and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

• Payouts are sent through Stripe Connect after identity, tax, and bank details are complete on your connected account.
• Payout setup is offered after you reach the cash-out minimum in cash-eligible available earnings. Creating a connected payout account does not add a separate platform charge; cash-out fees are taken from the requested amount.
• Cash-out is limited to one request per UTC calendar month and opens on the 1st.
• By requesting a cash-out or completing payout setup, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
• New eligible cash earnings remain pending for the hold period below before they can be requested.
• Requested funds are reserved while processed and cannot be requested twice.
• Requests may be delayed, rejected, returned, or retried for incomplete identity or tax information, sanctions, fraud risk, provider restrictions, disputes, or legal requirements.
• Your bank may deduct receiving, intermediary, currency-conversion, or local fees that Gobostock does not control.

By requesting a cash-out or completing payout setup, you also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.

Creator earnings remain denominated in USD. Gobostock does not convert marketplace earnings into generation credits. Credits in your studio wallet are a separate product balance and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

8. Refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments

If a sale is refunded, charged back, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise reversed, the related creator earning is also reversed. Gobostock first removes pending or available earnings associated with that transaction.

If the affected earning was already paid, your ledger may carry a negative balance that is offset against future earnings. Gobostock will show the transaction and reason in your earnings history and may request repayment in cases of fraud, material breach, or an unresolved negative balance.

9. Delisting and termination

You may request that an asset stop accepting new individual licenses. Gobostock will process an ordinary delisting request within a reasonable period, normally no more than 30 days. Removal does not cancel valid licenses or paid products already sold or granted. Gobostock may retain protected copies only as needed to deliver and support those existing licenses and for legal, security, backup, and financial records.

Gobostock may reject or remove content, suspend selling, hold earnings, or terminate contributor access when reasonably needed for rights claims, policy breaches, fraud, sanctions, security, repeated quality problems, legal compliance, or platform safety. Where appropriate, we will provide a reason and a way to contact support.

10. Taxes and independent relationship

You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on your earnings. Gobostock uses a payout partner (Stripe) to collect identity and tax details required for cash-out. Payouts pause if that information is missing or incomplete. Gobostock may backup-withhold or refuse cash-out if required by law or by the payout partner. When applicable, annual tax statements are delivered through the payout partner, not as IRS forms hosted on Gobostock.

Gobostock may collect tax forms, report payments, withhold amounts, or pause payouts when required by law. You must keep legal name, address, residency, and tax information current with the payout partner. These terms do not advise you on the IRS character of Creator Share.

You participate as an independent contributor. These terms do not create employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary, franchise, or joint-venture relationships, and they do not guarantee minimum work, sales, visibility, or compensation.

11. General terms

The disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, dispute process, and other general provisions in the Gobostock Terms of Use also apply to contributor activity. You agree to defend and indemnify Gobostock against third-party claims arising from a breach of your submission warranties or unlawful content, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms for legal, security, payment, or product changes. Material updates apply prospectively after notice and acceptance; the Creator Share snapshot on a completed purchase remains unchanged. If you do not accept an update, you must stop new submissions and may request delisting.
