Refund Policy

Marketplace licenses

A license purchase (by card or with credits) gives you immediate access to the licensed file. We refund the license price in full when:

• you were charged more than once for the same order;
• the file could not be delivered or is corrupt, and we cannot fix it within five business days of you telling us;
• you were charged but never received access to the purchase.

We do not refund a license once the file has been downloaded because it was not what you hoped for, does not fit your project, or you found it elsewhere. Previews, dimensions, duration and the license type are shown before you pay so that you can decide first. Licenses bought with credits are refunded as credits.

Subscriptions

• Cancel any time. Your plan and credits stay active until the end of the period you have paid for; you are not charged again. There is no partial refund for the remainder of a period.
• Upgrades are charged immediately for the prorated difference and are not refundable, because the larger credit allowance is granted at once.
• Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, so there is nothing to refund.
• Forgot to cancel? If a renewal was charged and none of that period's credits have been used, write to us within seven days of the charge. We will cancel the period and refund it.

Digital delivery and withdrawal rights

Some places (including the EU and UK) give consumers a right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content that is delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins with your agreement. By completing a purchase and starting the download you ask us to deliver the file straight away and acknowledge that the withdrawal right no longer applies to that file. Nothing in this policy limits rights that the law says cannot be limited.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank — most problems are solved within a day. When a chargeback is filed we respond with the order record: the order id, the time of purchase, the license accepted, and the download log for the file. Access to a disputed purchase is suspended while the dispute is open, and the creator's share is reversed.

How to ask for a refund

Email contact@gobostock.com from the address you used at checkout, within 14 days of the charge, and include the order id (it starts with GOB-) or the subscription plan name. We answer within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
