Question 1

What is Gobostock?

Accepted Answer

Gobostock is a free stock library and a creative studio in one account. Download reviewed stock photos, SVG vectors, video, and audio free with an account, or generate and edit exactly what you need with leading AI models.

Question 2

Do I need technical skills to use Gobostock?

Accepted Answer

No. The creation tools use guided controls and plain-language prompts. More advanced settings are available when you need them.

Question 3

Can I use Gobostock on mobile devices?

Accepted Answer

The public site and creation surfaces are responsive. Complex browser-based video editing works best on a modern desktop with sufficient memory.

Question 4

Which AI models can I use?

Accepted Answer

One subscription covers a curated set of image, video, audio, and vector models. Each model has its own page with what it does and its known limits, plus samples where published, so you can choose before you spend credits. See all models.

Question 5

How can I get better image results?

Accepted Answer

Describe the subject, composition, lighting, mood, and intended use. Choose a model that fits the task, then iterate from the strongest result instead of changing every setting at once.

Question 6

Can I generate prohibited or explicit content?

Accepted Answer

No. Requests that violate Gobostock policies are blocked, and repeated abuse may result in account restrictions.

Question 7

Can I use generated media commercially?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every paid plan includes a commercial license for what you create, as set out in section 5.1 of the Terms of Use. You still need the rights to any source material you upload, and some model makers pass through restrictions of their own. Commercial use in a finished project is not a right to train AI models.

Question 8

Can I use generated or licensed images to train AI models?

Accepted Answer

No. Gobostock licenses do not include the right to train, fine-tune, distill, or develop AI models. Providers such as OpenAI (GPT Image), Google (Gemini / Nano Banana), Recraft, Flux, Seedream, and Riverflow also restrict using their outputs as training data, including to train competing models. See the AI-training section of the Content License.

Question 9

What are Free Picks?

Accepted Answer

Free Picks were staff-selected stock assets offered free for a limited time. Today the whole stock library is free to download with an account, so every file is free, not only a few. Free Picks you already claimed stay licensed to you. See free stock.

Question 10

Is Gobostock stock free for commercial use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every file in the library is free to download with a free account, up to 50 a day, under the Gobostock Content License. Use it in finished projects for commercial or editorial use as the file is marked, with no fee per view, play, or print. You cannot resell or share the standalone file, or use it to train AI models.

Question 11

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

Every plan gives you a full credit allowance at the start of each month, whether you pay monthly or yearly. Credits pay for every generation and edit. The cost depends on the model, resolution, duration, and quality you choose, and the exact amount is shown before you submit. Stock downloads are free and use no credits.

Question 12

What happens to unused credits?

Accepted Answer

They expire at the end of each month. Every month starts with your plan's full allowance, on monthly and yearly billing alike, so unused credits do not roll over and are not refunded. If you often have credits left over or run out early, change your plan: upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge, and downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.

Question 13

Can I buy extra credits without changing my plan?

Accepted Answer

No. Credits come only with a subscription, and there are no one-off credit packs or top-ups. If you need more, move to a larger plan and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period. For volume beyond the largest plan, email contact@gobostock.com about a custom plan.

Question 14

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A free account downloads the whole stock library, up to 50 files a day, and every file shows the prompt and model that made it. The Free plan includes no credits, so generating and editing with AI needs a paid plan. Paid plans are billed monthly, or yearly with two months free, and can be cancelled anytime. See plans and pricing.

Question 15

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then your account moves to Free. Unused credits expire at that point and new uploads stop. Existing files are kept only for a limited time that depends on how long you subscribed, and the Subscription page shows the exact dates for your account.

Question 16

Are my generations private?

Accepted Answer

Your generations are private to your account by default. Gobostock does not publish them to the stock library or anywhere else.

Question 17

What is Motion Transfer?

Accepted Answer

Motion Transfer applies movement from a reference clip to a character image. Replace Character instead changes the person in an existing clip while attempting to preserve the scene and camera.

Question 18

What can Video Studio do?

Accepted Answer

Video Studio can trim, crop, change speed, rotate, flip, arrange clips, extract frames, work with audio, add text overlays, and export supported projects in the browser.
